Common questions.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one video. Whether you pick the avatar narration flow or generative video, every render reserves one credit. Failed renders refund the credit automatically.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You stay on the same plan with a balance of zero — your existing videos stay accessible (share links, embeds, downloads). New renders pause until your balance refills.
How does Premium billing work?
Premium is billed monthly through PayPal — you approve the subscription on PayPal's checkout and can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges immediately while Premium stays active for the time you've already paid.
